No, for insat4A, you need a different set-up, which includes a C-Band dish aligned to 83*E, with a C' Band LNB.

First of all, Try not to use ALL CAPS in your posts.

You are going offtopic on this particular thread. However, you may go through this thread posted by One of our esteemed members, where you can see both ku band dish and C' Band dish. Click Here

The bigger dish in this thread is an example for C' Band dish, and you can also see ku band (small dish), used for sun direct.. Hope it helps.
