Self care portal not working even after a successfull login

Hello friends!
My name is irshad khan. I am from KPK of pakistan. I have an airtel hd connection. I have also registered my connection on airtel website. I am using nokia 6120c mobile with opera mini browser 6.5 and 4.4. My problem is that when i logs in to self care portal and clicks on available tabs like "my account" etc, some times nothing happens and just reloads the same page and some times it gives message "we can't proceed. Please try later. Sorry for the inconvenience". Please help me out so that i can enjoy the freedom of checking balance and add/remove top up. Thanks |

It seems you are able to login to selfcare page but not able to proceed further..!
Suggest, please try log in from a PC instead of Mobile and see the outcome. Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register to forum by clicking here to see images. |
